This page explains in general terms what the privacy policy is for Jacques 2 Tite. It's more related to the expectations and proper handling of your private data and is not intended to be a word by word legal document. Privacy is very important to us and we hope that we convey that sentiment to you, our customer. Trust is hard to win and easy to lose, so we take this very serious. Don't be shy to ask us any questions regarding privacy, we will provide you with an open and honest answer.
Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What Data do we collect?
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more. We collect data only to fulfill your order and to communicate your design intentions when we create custom products for you or provide services in the audio area. No information is every disclosed to related to our discussions, your order or any other queries that you may have. If we co-develop a new product for sale, we will never disclose the source of who participated in the design of this. If you give us permission, we will market the new product but never disclose its source.
Bottom line, we don't share anything you provide to us with anybody else.
