Mean Jean Hot Sauce

Not too hot but very spicy. It has an excellent slow come-on spice flavor, it shines but give it a few seconds, it will surprise you. It can hold its own well when cooked making a tasty dish even more tangy. I highly recommend it, it won't scare you just because it says hot sauce. This is called Mean Jean Hot Sauce, it's a very old recipe but delicious.
