The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and Jacques 2 Tite as the website owner.

If customer attempts to fraud or scam Jacques 2 Tite, no collected funds will be returned, no product will be delivered. If product has been shipped, legal action will be take retrieve the product or be financially compensated for the full value and any legal fees.
